Thank you for attending our Remembrance Day observance November 8. We were joined by Gunner Rowland, and our students did well to recognize the sacrifices of Canada's veterans. We also wish to acknowledge and thank the Winfield Legion for supporting our students these past three years; thank you for judging our students' posters and poems. We cannot thank Mr. Gordon Watson and his volunteer members enough for their commitment to Lakedell School. Next year the Mulhurst Legion will partner with us as children learn about our country's past and reflect on those who served in Canada's military.
